Who Are We?

We are eastern North Carolina – warm, kind, compassionate. We value diversity. We value civil rights. We value equality… and we are standing for the many whose voices haven’t been heard because of lack of money or power. Wayne County Strong is our local branch of Indivisible, US. We support their Ideals and struggles to redeem and heal our Democratic Republic. We are coming together to stand up and protect our rights, freedoms and democratic values. We are inclusive. Each one of us brings something different to the table and we will build on one another's strengths.  We will take action, we will challenge and may make people uncomfortable… but we will leave our integrity intact. We will not encourage or take part in violence or vandalism. We will take the high road. We will lift others up. We will fight for the good. We will not go away. We will not be silenced. We will create change for a stronger Wayne County and a stronger North Carolina.
